Florance is a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator at Next Steps Marketing, where she is dedicated to connecting communities through accessible design, clear visual communications, and effective public outreach. Florance is also a student at UC Berkeley, studying Urban Studies at the College of Environmental Design, with a concentration in Transportation Planning and with a Certificate in Design Innovation. Outside of work, Florance enjoys exploring the Bay Area with various urban sketching groups, reading, and biking.
