Mike is co-founder and Principal at Next Steps Marketing. He has extensive experience building strategies and implementing programs that build and engage audiences for our government, nonprofit, and media clients. Mike works with team members to help develop strategies that when implemented inform community members and activate them to take action – from come to an event, provide feedback, download reports and applications, or sign-up for project and program updates. Mike works with our Project Managers to provide quality assurance and contract management services that get projects completed on scope, on time, and on budget. 

When not working, Mike likes to jump on his bike and routinely makes 40-75 mile trips throughout every county of the Bay Area.  In 2025, he participated in the Bay Area Bike Challenge and logged over 245 miles. He looks forward to the 2026 Challenge!
