Next Step Marketing spearheaded rate change communications for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s power division, informing over 380,000 Hetch Hetchy Power and CleanPowerSF customers of upcoming annual rate changes through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach. We developed digital and print communications including email newsletters, bill inserts, postcards, webinars, blogs, and social media. Between the first and second year of our rate change communications, customers reported a increase in awareness of the rate change.
